    John Esler is an entrepreneur who brings passion and commitment to every initiative he undertakes. Today, John owns four Renewal by Andersen dealerships across the country with over 400 employees. His core business belief is that a true leader is servant to employee, customer and community. As a guest lecturer, student mentor and project sponsor at Babson College, he enjoys keeping abreast of the latest business thinking. John’s philanthropic pursuits include The Jimmy Fund, 15-40 Connection and Babson College. John has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from University of New York at Albany and a master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Marketing from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. John and his wife, Jeanne, have two children.

    Thank you for visiting our website! I first started my career with Renewal by Andersen® windows in late 2006 working in the Inside sales department at our Boston branch in Northborough, Massachusetts. I grew up in Newbury, New Hampshire. A small town with less than 1,200 residence. I started attending Nichols college in Dudley Massachusetts in the fall of 2006, this than led me to begin my career at Renewal by Andersen®. I worked mainly in the inside sales department as well as many events and home shows on the weekends until May 2010 when I graduated Nichols College with a degree in finance. While at Andersen I achieved multiple employees of the month as well as Top inside salesperson of the year for 2008 and 2009. Thanks to the opportunity Renewal gave me I had multiple job offers before I even graduated college even though we were in a severe recession at the time. From there I went to work for Liberty Mutual insurance back in New Hampshire for 2 years; however I never enjoyed the environment and the management like I had working for Renewal. For this reason I was ecstatic when in Early September of 2012 I received an opportunity to re-join the Renewal family, this time in the Proximity marketing department out of the Windsor Locks, CT office. Since then I have never been happier to be back working for this amazing company. One thing that I am most passionate about is one thing in itself; hard work = results. At Renewal by Andersen® they appreciate those things most. Not only that but growing up in a small town I love the fact that working here you are part of a real family, not just part of the company. You know everyone by name and the owner, Matt Esler is as just as approachable as my neighbor or any other co-worker and that is something that is hard to find in any industry. To be honest this organization is the best organization I have ever worked for, and I attribute that to two of our company’s mantras: 1. Everybody’s gotta win. 2. T.L.C. – (think like a customer). This always reminds myself and everyone that the customer is always first in every situation and that selfishness only leads to failure. Outside of work I love the outdoors, playing golf, fishing, hunting (not so much in CT). I also love Boston sports especially the Celtics, Patriots and Red Sox. One of my future goals is to be able to become a season ticket holder of the Boston Celtics. I currently live in Manchester, CT with my fiancé-to-be Donna Ree, and have never been happier.     Installation Manager

    My name is Brian Dennison – I first began my career in the window replacement industry immediately after graduating from Worcester Vocational Technical high school. At the age of 18, I began as a field service technician for a small – family run replacement window company. Over the course of my 8 year tenure with the company, I had worked hard to acquire all the proper skills and knowledge to service, troubleshoot, install, and measure replacement windows. However, when the opportunity arose, I decided to join the Renewal by Andersen® team because I knew that we shared the same fundamental values – longevity, delivering unsurpassed quality, customer satisfaction, and overall excellence. It is these core values that make me proud to honor the Andersen brand, and name, every day. I have come to realize that the “mom and pops” feeling I grew to appreciate during my formative years, has only changed for the better since beginning my career with Renewal by Andersen®. Complete satisfaction, and attention to a customer’s individual details and or concerns are at the top of my personal priority list during, and after their project has been completed. I consider it of the utmost importance to ensure that every customer’s expectations are not only met, but exceeded. I am not the type of manager who spends his day in the office. I enjoy spending any available time on job sites, meeting with our customers, and installers. I consider the greatest benefit of my job to be the fact that I get to interact daily with our customers, installers, and fellow co-workers. A satisfied customer, and being surrounded by a team with like-minded goals, is the greatest reward at the end of the day. I am thankful that I get to see it each and every day. When not at work, I enjoy spending all of my free time with my family. I have been married for 12 years, and together, my wife and I have four beautiful children, ranging from toddler – to teenager. Born and raised in heart of Central New England, we still reside there today. If I am not working, you can usually find me at my one of my daughters cheerleading practices, or other extracurricular activities. My commitment to both my family, and the company I love working for, are the things that I consider the most important to me.

  • Paul Thibeault

    Vice President of Sales

    I have been involved in the building/remodeling industry for 40 years. My experience has provided an opportunity for me to enjoy many aspects of the industry and gain much professional growth. Initially, my education allowed me to work as a designer for an architectural engineering firm for ten years. I enjoyed designing buildings, but the urge to become more involved in the field led me to a career in home improvement sales and the eventual formation of my own remodeling company. For 15 years, I worked to successfully build the business to a multi- million dollar enterprise based on my focus on quality products and customer service. In 1995 I sold the business and assumed the role of New England Regional Manager building the start-up of the northeast region in-home sales and installation of what became one of the largest home improvement programs in the country. When new ownership changed the focus away from customer service, I resigned my position. In 2008, I joined the Renewal by Andersen program and took on the role of VP of Sales building the sales and installation program for the Southern New England territory. Currently, the efforts of our local team have allowed us to grow the business to a nineteen million dollar annual enterprise in 2013. The Renewal by Andersen® philosophy of exceeding customer expectations perfectly aligns with my lifelong philosophy, so I have a job that I love and can be excited about. My greatest satisfaction, in my lifetime in the industry, comes from knowing that I always did everything in my power to assist customers in the decision process to obtain the best products and services available. On the personal side of life, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am married with two children. My grandson’s hockey involvement has allowed me to continue to spend hours in cold ice rinks, a role I had been hoping to eliminate now that my son and daughter are grown. I’ve always enjoyed coaching, hockey, boating, fishing and camping. Since I am getting older, golf might be my next challenge.

  • Stephanie

    Director of Operations

    Born and raised in Central Massachusetts, Stephanie graduated from Fitchburg State University with a degree in Communications Media and shortly after found herself working at Renewal by Andersen® as Assistant to the Director of Marketing. After a yearlong stint in the Marketing Department, she found her true home working on the operations side of the business. Her main area of expertise is order processing and one of her greatest accomplishments has been ordering nearly 100,000 windows with remarkable accuracy. With an eagerness to learn and a commitment to her Renewal by Andersen® family, Stephanie has spent the past eight years getting involved and learning about the many different aspects that make up operations. Today as Director of Operations, Stephanie oversees all aspects of a project from time of sale until its completion, as well as being responsible for ordering all windows, doors, and components. Not to be overlooked is the most important aspect of her job, ensuring that all our customers are getting the five star service that they deserve.
