Diversity and Inclusion impacts our personal and professional development and the places we work, live and play. The Sun poem inspired the founding of World Unity Inc. and our major initiatives. It speaks to the heart and consciousness of equality by engaging the reader to look within and begins with a question: Are you greater than the sun/ that shines on everyone: Black, Brown, Yellow, Red and White the sun does not discriminate 1985 Sara Ting The poem has inspired 3 major initiatives, building a permanent landmark showcasing the Sun poem, planting seeds of equality through a free program, "Singing Equality across America and around the World, " and planting our public service message in public and private organizations and institutions to cultivate a mindset and culture of valuing diversity and inclusion.
